WaterDispensers.co.za is a free quote service for water dispensers and drinking water in South Africa. Whether the taps at the office run dry during maintenance, the school needs water for a sports day, the borehole tastes of iron or you simply want cold water at home, one request reaches the suppliers and installers near you.
How it works
Fill in the order slip at the bottom of the page: what you need, how many people drink at the site and where you are. The slip works out the litres, the bottles a week and the number of dispensers, or sketches the filter train for a home. We send the request to suppliers who deliver and install in your area, and they quote you directly. You compare and decide. It costs you nothing.
Everything we take requests for
From one countertop dispenser for a flat in Sea Point to thirty rented coolers for a Midrand office park, weekly bottle delivery in Pretoria East, a tanker to fill a school's tanks during an outage in Soweto, reverse osmosis under a kitchen sink in Durban North or a borehole treatment plant on a farm outside Polokwane.

Getting water quotes you can compare
Two quotes for "a water cooler" can mean very different things. Check that each covers the same unit (compressor or electronic cooling, hot tank, bottom or top loading), the same number of bottles a month and their price, the bottle deposit, delivery days, sanitising visits, filter changes and what happens when a unit fails. For treatment systems, ask for a water test first and for the filter and membrane costs over a year, not only the price of the system. A cheap unit with expensive bottles, or a filter nobody services, costs more in the end.
